His expertise encompasses regulatory and strategic guidance, administrative law, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, contact with authorities, and decision-making support within these sectors.  Additionally, Erik serves as the co-head of Wiersholm&#8217;s Seafood Sector Group.<\/p>\n<p>He offers assistance in traditional fisheries and the development of new fisheries and is one of the foremost experts in the regulation of land-based, conventional, and offshore aquaculture. He has contributed to numerous projects involving development permits and other specialized permits in the aquaculture industry.
