Erik is a lawyer at Wiersholm\u2019s Trondheim office and is affiliated with the firm\u2019s M&A and corporate law practice.<\/p>\n
He primarily works with M&A, corporate law and investment processes, and has extensive experience in structuring, leading and executing complex domestic and international transactions.<\/p>\n
