Eirik Edvardsen’s areas of expertise are particularly related to labor law, corporate law, and contract law. <\/p>\n

He has extensive experience in labor law advisory, including negotiation and dispute resolution, restructuring and downsizing processes, and business transfers. He also has extensive litigation experience.<\/p>\n

Eirik assists enterprises with general corporate law advisory and has in recent years been an advisor for several major transactions related to industrial operations.
