He assists Norwegian and international companies in transaction processes, including due diligence, negotiations and completion, as well as reorganisations and cross-border structuring.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel has previously served as Senior Legal Counsel in a listed upstream company through a two-year secondment. His work included transactions, corporate structuring and related corporate law matters.<\/p>\n<p>He also has experience from working in Sweden and Ireland, including on international group structures and tax-related matters.
