We assist a wide range of parties in these cases, from private and listed companies experiencing financial difficulties to individual creditors, syndicated creditor groups, shareholders, potential buyers, and other stakeholders. Our team has participated in extensive international restructurings and has experience with Chapter 11 proceedings, Schemes of Arrangement (UK, Bermuda, Singapore, etc.), UK RPP proceedings, and similar regulations in other jurisdictions. Ingrid Tronshaug serves as a permanent trustee for bankruptcy, compulsory liquidation, and compulsory dissolution estates at Oslo District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our experience includes some of the largest and most complex cases in the field, and we have assisted companies such as Marine Subsea, Polarcus, Olympic Subsea, Havila, Rem Offshore, Prosafe, Atlantic Offshore, Sea1 Offshore, Hurtigruten, DOF Subsea AS, Archer, Viking Supply Ships, DeepOcean, and Solstad in the shipping\/offshore sector; Norske Skogindustrier ASA, Cecon ASA, and Store Norske Spitsbergen Kullkompani AS in the industrial sector; and Veidekke and Bane NOR in the construction sector. We also worked on the government’s crisis package for Norwegian aviation during the Covid-19 pandemic and assisted the state in the reconstruction of Norwegian Air Shuttle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
