Wiersholm has assisted OSM Maritime Group on merger with Thome Group
OSM Maritime Group and Thome Group have agreed to combine their businesses to create a world leading ship manager, with more than 30,000 employees and with offices in 22 countries.
A Wiersholm team led by Karl Even Rygh, Jarle Kvam and Karsten Kreiling has advised OSM Maritime Group throughout the process.
