Komplett Bank was admitted for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange on Friday 10 November after completing a successful IPO. Wiersholm has assisted Komplett Bank in the process.

The bank was established in 2014 with a European banking license from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and is a member of the Norwegian Banks’ Guarantee Fund. The bank has a digital, scalable, efficient and low cost operational model and operates out of Lysaker, Norway.
