Wiersholm has assisted Awilco Drilling
We have assisted Awilco Drilling PLC in a private placement in which the company raised USD 65 million in new equity.
The placement is conditional on approval by the general meeting. Awilco Drilling has signed a letter of intent with Keppel FELS in Singapore concerning the construction of a semi-submersible drilling rig, and the proceeds from the placement are to be used for the first part payment under the construction contract.
Wiersholm’s team has been headed by Sverre Sandvik.
