Wiersholm assists Schibsted in private placement
Our lawyers assisted the company in connection with a private placement in the amount of NOK 2.5 billion.
In the placement, 11.88 million new B shares are issued, which corresponds to 10 percent of the already issued B shares in the company. The subscription rate was NOK 211 per share, and the placement was fully subscribed.
The new capital raised will be used to fund acquisitions, particularly within the Online Classifieds segment, and to strengthen the company’s capital base.
Arctic Securities, DNB Markets and Goldman Sachs were retained as arrangers of the placement.
