Algeco strengthens its Nordic presence and position as Europe's leading modular space provider.

Algeco Group has announced that it has agreed to acquire the Norwegian company Malthus Uniteam from Reiten & Co Capital Partners, IKM Industri-Invest AS, Hodne Kapital AS, Maaseide Holding AS and other shareholders. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020.

Sverre Sandvik was the leading partner from Wiersholm assisting Algeco with a project team consisting of Svein-Helge Hanken, Sebastian Hestnes Andresen, Ellen Røyneberg, Anette Arctander, Edvard Hamer Rojahn and Hanan Abdellaue.
