Wiersholm assisted Algeco in the acquisition of Wexus
Algeco has entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares of Wexus.
Algeco is a leading international player in modular buildings, and established itself in Norway through the acquisition of Malthus Uniteam this winter with Wiersholm as advisor. Wexus is a Stavanger-based manufacturer and supplier of modular buildings to most industrial segments as well as municipal and governmental institutions and Norvestor has been its primary owner since 2017.
Wiersholms team was headed by Sverre Sandvik. Other team members were Svein-Helge Hanken, Sebasitan Hestnes Andresen, Håkon Cosma Størdal, Hanan Abdellaue, Ellen Røyneberg, Susanne Caspersen, Marie Wangsmo Haugland and Edvard Hamer Rojahn.
