Pernille Erenbjerg

Pernille Erenbjerg has extensive executive experience from the telecom, media, and tech industries. She has led major strategic and digital transformations, including M&A, and holds strong expertise in IT, cybersecurity, and sustainability. A former CEO and President of TDC Group A/S, she has a CPA background and broad financial experience with both equity and debt markets. Erenbjerg is also recognized as an audit committee financial expert through her leadership in accounting and finance roles.

Henrik Ehrnrooth

Henrik Ehrnrooth is Chair of the Board of UPM-Kymmene and SIBS AB, and serves on the boards of Wärtsilä Corporation, Odevo Group and SGL Group ApS. He is also Senior Industrial Partner at CVC Capital Partners. 

From 2014 to 2023, Henrik was President & CEO of KONE Corporation, having earlier served as CFO. He is a member of the European Roundtable for Industry. 

Andreas Ehrenclou

Andreas Ehrenclou is an experienced corporate lawyer specializing in private and public M&A, as well as corporate governance, company law, and contract negotiations. He has advised on numerous national and cross-border transactions, including large-scale international deals.

Prior to joining Wiersholm as partner, Andreas spent 10 years at Schibsted, including as Head of Legal, and has experience in the life sciences sector as Legal Director at Algeta ASA. He brings deep industry knowledge and hands-on deal experience to advise clients on transactions and corporate matters.

Allon Groth,

Allon Groth is the CEO of the Norwegian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (NVCA). Groth was previously chief communications officer in Eksfin, GIEK and Norfund, served as a diplomat and has degree in political science from the University of Oxford. 

Martin Bech Holte

Martin Bech Holte is one of Norway’s foremost economists, with extensive experience as a researcher and senior business leader, including roles as Managing Partner of McKinsey Norway and Director at Aker. He combines academic expertise with deep insight into economic power and corporate governance.

In January 2025, he published the bestseller The Country That Became Too Rich, which explores why Norway’s economic indicators are declining despite its former global leadership in prosperity, health, and well-being. The book warns of stagnation while outlining a path to sustainable growth, urging political and business leaders to act decisively.

Reynir Indahl

Reynir Indahl is the Managing Partner and founder of Summa Equity, a Nordic private equity fund that has raised approximately EUR 4 billion across three funds and completed over 30 platform investments.

He serves on the board of LGT Venture Philanthropy Foundation and is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School. Reynir holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard, a Bachelor of Economics Summa Cum Laude from Wharton, and is a Second Lieutenant from the Norwegian Army’s Intelligence and Security School.

Bjarne Kveim Lie

Bjarne Kveim Lie is the founder of Verdane, a leading European growth buyout firm investing in tech-enabled and sustainable businesses that drive digitalisation and decarbonisation. Established in 2003 as a spin-out from Four Seasons Venture, Verdane now comprises over 150 investment professionals and operating experts across key European markets.

A former entrepreneur, historian, and McKinsey consultant in London, Bjarne is a Harvard Business School Baker Scholar and previously a research associate at the European University Institute in Florence. He also co-founded and served as COO of the venture-backed B2B marketplace Paper X.

Marc Lino

Marc Lino leads global Sustainability initiatives for private equity and financial investors, guiding clients across the investment lifecycle—from fundraising and strategy to diligence, ownership, and exit—to achieve sustainability goals and economic returns.

With over 20 years of consulting experience, he has advised private equity clients on commercial and operational diligence, worked with portfolio company management on value creation, and supported clients across industries, particularly in business services and technology, on strategy, M&A, and enterprise transformation.

Hugo Maurstad

Hugo Maurstad is the majority owner and Managing Partner of Monte Rosa Capital. He was a partner at Altor Equity Partners from 2004 to 2022.  Prior to joining Altor, Maurstad spent 13 years working for McKinsey & Company. 

Kevin Mcgurgan

Kevin McGurgan is Managing Director Government and Public Affairs for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP) in the APAC and EMEA regions. Since 2020, Kevin has supported OTPP investments in the U.K., Nordics, Italy & France, and provided advice to portfolio business including in the aviation, energy & technology sectors. Prior to OTPP, Kevin had a 30 year career as a British diplomat, serving in South Asia, the Middle East, Europe & North America. 

Anders Onarheim

Andreas Onarheim has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, the maritime industry, and the broader energy sector. He has held senior investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch in London and New York, and served 16 years as Managing Director and CEO within the Carnegie group.

He recently stepped down as CEO of BW LPG and has held board positions at BW LPG and DHT. He currently serves as Chairman of Ocean GeoLoop and Energi Teknikk, and as a board member of Reach Subsea and North Energy, where he was elected chairman on 3 November 2014. Through AB Investment AS and Liju Invest AS, he holds 21.72% of North Energy shares.

Sabina Pennings

Sabina Pennings is a Managing Director in Rothschild & Co’s Global Advisory division, based in London. She has over 17 years of experience advising clients in the industrials sector, with a particular focus on Aerospace & Defence. Sabina advises corporate clients, privately owned businesses and institutional and private equity investors across the Defense sector, in the UK and Europe, and has led the corporate finance advice on various cross-border transactions. Sabina holds an MSc in Finance & Investments from RSM Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Pål Ringholm

Pål Ringholm has three decades of experience in Norway’s banking and finance sector, including senior roles as an analyst and strategist in investment banking. He has repeatedly been ranked Norway’s top credit analyst by Kapital magazine and has also been recognized among the country’s leading macroeconomists and equity strategists.

Listed among Norway’s 252 Most Influential People in Makteliten, Ringholm is currently Chief Investment Officer at Formue, managing approximately NOK 180 billion. He is the author of two books: the bestseller Rik På Gjeld (“Rich in Debt”) and the recent Rik (“Rich”).

Guillaume Rubens

Guillaume leads BCG´s Principal Investors & Private Equity practice in the Nordics. He has 15 years of experience advising private equity clients on transactions (buy- and sell-side commercial due diligence), fund strategy, and portfolio company value creation across sectors in Nordics and Europe. 

Cristian Sinding

Christian Sinding served as CEO and Managing Partner of EQT from 2019 to May 2025, during which time the firm quadrupled in size to become the fourth-largest company listed on the Swedish stock exchange.

He joined EQT in 1998 from AEA Investors Inc. and was previously Head of EQT Equity from 2011, with experience across the Stockholm, Munich, Oslo, and Copenhagen offices. As an Institutional Partner, Christian chairs the EQT Council, serves on multiple Investment Committees, and sits on the board of the EQT Foundation, supporting the firm’s philanthropic initiatives.
