Kjersti Reinsnos is the Managing Director and Head of Equinor Ventures Europe, the corporate VC arm of Equinor. She has a background from investment banking in Goldman Sachs in London and with the Norwegian Central Bank and Oil Fund. Her early career was with the Norwegian Foreign Affairs working for various international organisations. Kjersti is a board member of Corvus Energy AS and NASDAQ Oslo ASA, and is a judge at the European Innovation Council Accelerator Program. She holds two law degrees from University of Oslo and New York University (NYU), and has an Executive Program in Finance from INSEAD.

Børre Stokholm is an Investment Director in Equinor Ventures. He also heads up the Green Fuels team which covers the green and blue hydrogen value chains along with biofuels, electrofuels and ammonia. Børre has led many deals in Europe and the U.S. He currently serves on the boards of Upwing Energy (Cerritos, CA.), Lithium de France (Bischwiller, France), and H2Site (Bilbao, Spain). Previously, he negotiated long-term gas sales agreements with large gas buyers in France, Spain and Italy, as well as upstream production agreements in Algeria. He holds a MSc of finance from HEC in Paris and lives in Trondheim, Norway.

He is Board Member of the EQT Foundation, as well as on the board of a leading Scandinavian Family Office. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science (in Commerce) degree from the University of Virginia, which he received with Distinction in 1994. Prior to joining AEA, Christian was employed as a financial analyst with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. investment bankers in the U.S. Outside work, his interests include supporting the Basecamp Foundation in the Masai Mara region of Africa and its sustainable development.

Anne Maria (Mia) Eikeset is a Lead Researcher in Norges Bank Investment Management working on energy transition, natural resource availability and environmental change, and how this interacts with companies and investment strategies. Eikeset has a broad academic background and was until 2018 a Research Professor at the University of Oslo. She holds a doctorate from the Center for Ecological and Evolutionary Synthesis (CEES) at the University of Oslo and received the King’s Gold Medal for her PhD and inter-disciplinary research in economics, ecology and evolution. She has published in journals such as Nature and PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences), and has been a postdoc and researcher at Princeton University.

Ove Gusevik joined HitecVision in 2021 from his role as Head of Investment Banking at SpareBank1 Markets. He brings more than 30 years of investment banking experience, including being one of the founders of First Securities.
Over the last two decades Ove has had a leading role in many of the largest energy industry transactions in Scandinavia, including both oil and gas, infrastructure, and renewables. He has also been CEO Norway and Nordic Head of Energy at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO.
Ove holds an MSc in Economic History from London School of Economics, MBA from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California, as well as an MSc in Business from the University of Agder.

Daniel is Senior Managing Director and Head of Ardian Infrastructure Germany, Benelux and Northern Europe. He also serves on the supervisory boards of EWE, LBC, Nevel and Mila. Prior to Ardian, Daniel was a Partner at 3i Group in London. At 3i he was involved in origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure investments in energy, telecommunication, and transportation. He joined 3i after working for energy focused private equity firm Hudson Clean Energy Partners in New York and London, where he served on the infrastructure investment committee. He is also a co-founder of Sunlight Financial, a specialty finance company for distributed energy systems in the USA, which recently listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and speaks English, French and German.
