Kjersti Reinsnos is the Managing Director and Head of Equinor Ventures Europe, the corporate VC arm of Equinor. She has a background from investment banking in Goldman Sachs in London and with the Norwegian Central Bank and Oil Fund. Her early career was with the Norwegian Foreign Affairs working for various international organisations. Kjersti is a board member of Corvus Energy AS and NASDAQ Oslo ASA, and is a judge at the European Innovation Council Accelerator Program. She holds two law degrees from University of Oslo and New York University (NYU), and has an Executive Program in Finance from INSEAD.

Marius joined Exponent in June 2016 and leads the firm’s Investor Relations work, managing relationships across our global investor base. Marius previously worked for Triton, Deloitte, Nordea Bank and Mercer. Born in Sheffield and raised in Norway, he has a BSc Econ in Economics from University of Wales, Swansea.

Christian Sinding joined EQT Partners in 1998 from AEA Investors Inc., a leading U.S.-based private equity firm. Since 1 January 2019, he is Managing Partner and CEO of EQT AB. Christian also serves on various of the firm's investment committees, including as Chairman of the Global Investment Forum. He is Board Member of the EQT Foundation, as well as on the board of a leading Scandinavian Family Office. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science (in Commerce) degree from the University of Virginia, which he received with Distinction in 1994. Prior to joining AEA, Christian was employed as a financial analyst with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. investment bankers in the U.S. Outside work, his interests include supporting the Basecamp Foundation in the Masai Mara region of Africa and its sustainable development.

Lisa Karlsen has 16 years of experience raising debt for companies owned by PE funds. Six years ago, she moved from Nordea to Pareto Securities, where she now is Head of Leveraged Finance. Lisa holds a Master of Arts with Honours in Economics from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Anne Maria (Mia) Eikeset is a Lead Researcher in Norges Bank Investment Management working on energy transition, natural resource availability and environmental change, and how this interacts with companies and investment strategies. Eikeset has a broad academic background and was until 2018 a Research Professor at the University of Oslo. She holds a doctorate from the Center for Ecological and Evolutionary Synthesis (CEES) at the University of Oslo and received the King’s Gold Medal for her PhD and inter-disciplinary research in economics, ecology and evolution. She has published in journals such as Nature and PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences), and has been a postdoc and researcher at Princeton University.

Ove Gusevik joined HitecVision in 2021 from his role as Head of Investment Banking at SpareBank1 Markets. He brings more than 30 years of investment banking experience, including being one of the founders of First Securities. Over the last two decades Ove has had a leading role in many of the largest energy industry transactions in Scandinavia, including both oil and gas, infrastructure, and renewables. He has also been CEO Norway and Nordic Head of Energy at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO. Ove holds an MSc in Economic History from London School of Economics, MBA from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California, as well as an MSc in Business from the University of Agder. Stefan Heilmann has been with the IEG – Investment Banking Group, a leading global investment banking boutique represented in eight international growth regions, since 1999. Specializing in mid-sized transactions in the Internet and technology sector, IEG delivers entrepreneurial solutions for digital innovations and business models in Mergers & Acquisitions, Financing, and Principal Investments. As Managing Director & CEO, he has significantly shaped the company. Internally, he coordinates transactions in the sectors in particular: Longevity Tech, Saas/Software, Fin- and Insurtech, Data, etc. Stefan Heilmann has an MBA from the University of Cologne and the HEC in Paris – he is 54 years young, 1x married, and has two children. In his spare time, Stefan Heilmann is passionate about golf, grows wine in Portugal, and loves the Baltic Sea.
