Wiersholm awarded Norwegian M&A firm of the year
We are proud to announce that Wiersholm was awarded Norwegian M&A firm of the year at the Mergermarket European M&A Awards in London on 27 November. In addition, the takeover of Adevinta won the grand prize of European Deal of the Year, a deal where Wiersholm advised long-time shareholder Schibsted.
Partner and Head of Corporate, Anne Lise Ellingsen Gryte, and Partner Sverre Sandvik represented the firm at the award ceremony.
