Torkjel Kleppo Grøndalen

Torkjel works mainly with contract law and regulatory aspects within the oil- and gas industry and the energy industry. His area of expertise covers the petroleum regulations, CO2-storage regulations and offshore wind regulations.

Torkjels experience covers all aspects, including contract and regulatory matters, M&A, off-take, transportation, construction projects and disputes. Torkjel has been and is involved in several construction projects, both offshore and onshore within oil and gas, hydrogen, bioenergy etc. Torkjel has also been heavily involved in several carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects in Norway and worked for a time as the Procurement Manager for the full-scale CCS project at Mongstad (CCM).

Grøndalen has experience as an in-house lawyer both within Gassco AS and BP Norge AS.
