Sindre works with litigation and dispute resolutions in connection with contract- and tort law, professional liability, construction oil & gass and M&A disputes. He has extensive experience with litigation before the ordinary courts of Norway and international arbitration, as well as mediation and negotiations for both Norwegian and international clients.

Selected projects
Assisted Northern Lights Joint Venture in the drafting, negotiations and signing of a CO2 Transport and Services Agreement (TSA) to store 430,000 tonnes biogenic CO2 emissions per year from two power plants in Denmark.
Co-counsel in major international arbitration concerning price review in gas sales contract
Co-counsel in a large international M&A dispute.
Assistance to Eie 1 AS in connection with a dispute between Eie 1 AS (Selvaag, Aspelin Ramm and Vedal) and Helse Sør-Øst (HSØ) related to a development property at Brakerøya in Drammen. HSØ acquired the property under threat of expropriation, and the consideration must be determined in accordance with the principles of expropriation law. The amount in dispute exceeded NOK 1 billion.
