Kurt has extensive litigation experience in the fields of labour and employment law and public procurement law. He has over 100 cases litigated for the Courts, including 10 Supreme Court cases, 23 cases for the Labour Court (Arbeidsretten) and one case before the EFTA-court. Admitted to the Supreme Court from 2012. Kurt has a PhD from UiO from 2016 on a dissertation regarding use of boycott as a tool in collective action (“Boikott i arbeidskampsammenheng” – in Norwegian only).
