Kristiane Aarvik

Kristiane works with intellectual property law, marketing law, retail, food law, and life science, and is part of Wiersholm’s IPR/technology team.

Kristiane advises on the establishment, commercialisation and enforcement, including dispute resolution, of intellectual property rights, as well as on issues related to marketing law. She has considerable experience from the identification of intellectual property rights in connection with due diligence processes for the purpose of uncovering potential challenges and securing the assets involved in transactions. Kristiane also assists with negotiations and the drafting of various commercial contracts such as licensing, distribution, and agency agreements.

Kristiane has extensive experience in life science and assists clients with regulatory advice, particularly with regard to food and health.
