Kjetil works primarily with transactions, shareholder issues and corporate assistance. He has managed several projects and has a broad experience with contract negotiations and assistance throughout the transaction process. Kjetil also assists clients in connection with the development, financing and transfer of energy companies and infrastructure, including wind and hydropower, grid, fibre and district heating. He assists both Norwegian and international clients, including industrial clients, energy companies and private equity funds.
