Julie Piil Lorentzen

Julie assists Norwegian and international clients with advice an dispute resolution within a wide range of employment matters. She has extensive experience with restructuring and downsizing processes, as well as transfer of undertakings. She also works with employment and termination processes and other related matters.

Julie is an experienced lecturer, and frequently holds lectures on specialist seminars and for clients.

Julie is the author of the legal commentary to the Norwegian Holiday Act (2020) and co-author of the book “Restructuring and staff reduction” (2016). She has also published several articles, among other regarding business transfers.

Julie is currently on a leave of absence.
