Inge works with mergers and acquisitions, energy law, tax law and company law. His advisory services focus on the energy sector (hydroelectric power, wind power and small-scale power) and renewable energy in particular. In addition, he also assists in purchase and sale of energy companies, in negotiation and preparation of contracts, and in regulatory matters and restructuring processes.
