Henrik works mainly with M&A and capital market transactions, company law and securities law. He has been involved in many different types of M&A transactions, such as acquisitions, divestments, mergers and demergers involving listed and unlisted companies in Norway and abroad.
With considerable experience of different types of capital market transactions he frequently assists with IPOs and other types of equity transactions in sectors ranging from shipping and seafood to E&P, technology, finance and real estate. He assists issuers, facilitators, investors and other players in connection with transactions, and provides day-to-day advice on securities law.
Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 have ranked Henrik as “Recommended” within capital markets and a “Rising Star” within M&A, respectively.
