
Herman primarily works with advisory services, case management, and dispute resolution in the areas of collective and individual labor law. He assists clients with practical and strategic advice on a wide range of labor law issues, including the drafting and quality assurance of employment contracts, day-to-day personnel matters, termination and dismissal cases, as well as restructuring and downsizing processes. Herman also has experience with labor law issues at the intersection of security, compliance, and international matters, including cases involving employees’ ties to high-risk countries.​
