Frode advises clients on regulatory matters within production, distribution and trading of renewable energy. He assists in licensing and other processes with the regulatory authorities, and with contract negotiations and advice in development projects and transactions.
In addition, Frode works with dispute resolution within the energy sector. He has extensive experience with court hearings and mediation, and is also used as an arbitrator.
