Fredrik Dahm

Fredrik primarily provides dispute resolution and advisory services within company law and securities law, as well as insurance law and law of torts. Within insurance law and law of torts, he specialises in directors' and auditor liability, as well as M&A-disputes. Experienced in transactions and financial regulatory framework conditions, he also provides dispute resolution and advisory services to the banking and finance industry. He has several years of experience as an in-house lawyer in banking/investment banking. In addition, Fredrik holds a Master of Business & Economics with a business law, tax and accounting specialisation.
