Erik primarily advises on matters relating to financial markets regulation.
He has several years of experience from the Norwegian Ministry of Finance where he worked with the regulation of financial markets, such as the Financial Undertakings Act. In 2021 Erik was secretary for the legislative committee who prepared the implementation of the regulation on European Crowdfunding Services Providers in Norwegian legislation.
