Ellen Nerli-Røyneberg

Ellen chiefly provides advisory and dispute resolution services to national and international companies, particularly within labour law and protection of privacy.

Ellen has assisted in major and minor staff reductions, reorganisations and individual dismissal cases. In addition, she has extensive experience from labour law advice in connection with transactions. Ellen has experience from collective labour law and interpretation of tariff agreements, gained, inter alia, during her yearlong employment with the Norwegian Medical Association. Beyond that, Ellen assists in a wide range of labour law issues, including whistleblowing, working hours, working environment and hire/secondment of staff.

Ellen also possesses considerable expertise within protection of privacy, and assists clients with specific advice in individual matters and provides general assistance relating to regulatory compliance.

Ellen is currently on a leave of absence.
