Eirik Edvardsen

Eirik Edvardsen’s areas of expertise are particularly related to labor law, corporate law, and contract law.

He has extensive experience in labor law advisory, including negotiation and dispute resolution, restructuring and downsizing processes, and business transfers. He also has extensive litigation experience.

Eirik assists enterprises with general corporate law advisory and has in recent years been an advisor for several major transactions related to industrial operations. He has particular experience in advising clients within the aquaculture industry.
