Daniel Arvidsson

Daniel Arvidsson works with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law. He assists Norwegian and international companies in transaction processes, including due diligence, negotiations and completion, as well as reorganisations and cross-border structuring.

Daniel has previously served as Senior Legal Counsel in a listed upstream company through a two-year secondment. His work included transactions, corporate structuring and related corporate law matters.

He also has experience from working in Sweden and Ireland, including on international group structures and tax-related matters. In addition, he has held prior roles in sales and management.
