Bjørn Tarek Restan

Bjørn primarily works with litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on corporate, contract, and transaction-related disputes. He has extensive experience handling complex disputes within M&A and insurance law.

Bjørn advises buyers, sellers, and W&I insurance providers in warranty claims following completed M&A transactions. He has acted as counsel in numerous matters before the courts and in arbitration, in both Norwegian and English.

Bjørn has published an article on the assessment of damages under Norwegian share purchase agreements in Tidsskrift for Forretningsjus. He also serves as an external examiner for master’s theses at the University of Oslo and for the litigation exam administered by Juristenes Utdanningssenter.
