Andreas specialises as a transaction lawyer in both the private and the public sector, with particular focus on company and M&A law and negotiations. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.
Over the years, Andreas has been ranked by Global Counsel 3000 as the only Norwegian “leading individual” in the category ‘Corporate Finance’, as one of two “leading individuals” in the category ‘Capital Markets’, and as one of several “highly recommended individuals” in the category ‘Banking and Finance’. One year, he was the only Norwegian lawyer ranked in all three categories. Selected projects
Assistance to Wilhelmsen in connection with their merger of jointly owned investments with Wallenius. Wallenius and Wilhelmsen merged their ownership of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, EUKOR Car Carriers and American Roll-on Roll-off Carrier in to one entity, to be named Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA.
Assistedt the Norwegian Government represented by The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisherie in connection with the restructuring and refinancing of Store Norske Spitsbergen Kullkompani (2014-2016).
Assisted Norwegian Government represented by The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisherie both in connection with the restructuring of Scandinavian Airlines Systems (SAS) in 2013 and its divestments, most recently in 2018.
