Andreas Ehrenclou Appointed as New Partner at Wiersholm
Wiersholm is proud to announce that Andreas Ehrenclou will join the firm as a new partner. With an impressive background in M&A and corporate law, Ehrenclou will bring valuable expertise and experience to the firm’s corporate team.

Andreas joins us from his role as Legal Director at Schibsted ASA, where he has been a key figure since 2015. He has also previously worked at BAHR and Algeta ASA. His extensive experience with complex M&A transactions and corporate law, combined with a solid legal education from the University of Bergen, makes him a valuable addition to Wiersholm.
