Celine works with financial regulatory issues and securities legislation. This includes advice on the framework conditions and requirements on proper business practice for Norwegian and foreign regulated entities, including advice on anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations, general company law and ESG legislation. She has extensive experience with respect to licensing applications for regulated entities. In addition, Celine also regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions involving regulated entities.
