Atle works primarily with banking and finance issues. He regularly assists Norwegian and international banks and financial institutions with various forms of financing, including project financing, refinancing and acquisition financing, green and sustainability linked loans, as well as restructurings, involving a wide range of industry sectors such as shipping/offshore and energy.

Selected projects
Assistance in connection with several significant E&P financing arrangements, such as the three first Norwegian law governed reserve-based lending facilities, including acting as the lender's counsel in the USD 4bn facility to Aker BP ASA.
Assistance to a club of banks in the financing of EQT's acquisition of AutoStore.
