Vetle V. W. Seljestad

Vetle specializes in asset management and alternative investments and assists both asset managers and institutional investors in alternative investments. His experience covers several different types of funds, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, permanent capital structures, continuation funds and fund-of-funds. Over the years, he has also advised investors on investments in close to 100 funds in Europe and the US.

Vetle mainly assists with fund-related, tax and corporate law assessments, including fund establishment and liquidation, primary, secondary and co-investments, due diligence of funds and companies, M&A, acquisition structures and exit strategies, incentive schemes for management and structuring of manager’s organisation.
