Simen primarily works with dispute resolution, EEA law, international law, and administrative law. He has a particular interest in dispute resolution, especially directed towards international law.
Simen wrote his master’s thesis titled “Gambling without Borders – An Analysis of Norwegian Regulatory Measures Against International Gambling” as a Research Assistant at Centre for European Law at the University of Oslo from 2023 to 2024. He also has experience from the EFTA Court in Luxembourg, where he worked as a legal trainee for the Norwegian cabinet.
