Pia-Maria is responsible for staffing, compensation and benefits, monitoring of leave and career counselling. She is also responsible for HR reporting and statistics as well as further development of HR and the firm’s reporting systems. Pia-Maria is a member of Wiersholm’s recruitment committee.
