Mojdeh works mainly with ESG and compliance, with an emphasis on corporate criminal law. She assists both private and public clients. Mojdeh has particular experience in criminal law, immigration law and tort law, as well as with litigation and dispute resolution.
Mojdeh also works with human rights, whistleblower cases, regulatory law and other public law issues.
