Mette primarily works with national and international tax law and has particular experience with transaction work. She assists Norwegian and international clients in a variety of industries with general tax advice, binding advance rulings, tax due diligence, restructurings, establishment of holding structures, demergers and mergers, as well as incentive programs for employees.
