Marlene primarily works with consulting and dispute resolution within individual and collective labor law. She assists with resolving general labor law issues, drafting labor law contracts, termination and dismissal cases, personnel follow-up in individual labor conflicts, restructuring and downsizing processes, as well as labor law issues within M&A transactions.
