Herman Bostad

Herman primarily works with labor law. He specialises in individual employment law, equality and discrimination law and litigation.

Herman wrote his master’s thesis with the title: “The right to discriminate against employees with ties to high-risk countries due to safety considerations” (translated title) at the University of Oslo in the autumn of 2025.
