Kristine Hasle

Kristine is a banking and finance lawyer with particular focus on the shipping/offshore and energy sectors. She regularly assists borrowers, lenders, investors and arrangers, domestically and internationally. She has extensive experience with international and cross border financings and transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions. Her practice further includes advice and documentation in restructuring matters. Kristine also has experience with acquisition financing and general transactions/M&A work.

In the Norwegian Financial Daily’s annual lawyers survey, Kristine is ranked as one of Norway’s top 10 lawyers in banking and finance. She is also ranked as one of Norway’s leading lawyers on financing, shipping and M&A by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000. In 2023, Kristine was ranked as one of seven Norwegian “Women Leaders” by IFLR1000.

Kristine is fluent in the Scandinavian languages, as well as English and Spanish.
