Jens Frydenlund Finanger

Jens advises on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and matters relating to corporate, stock exchange and securities law. He assists Norwegian and international clients with public and private M&A transactions, listings and equity offerings. Jens also advises issuers, asset managers and other market participants on compliance with obligations for trading in financial markets, including market abuse and reporting requirements.

Jens is a contributor to the book Insider Dealing under the Market Abuse Regulation (2025), published by Karnov Forlag.
