Fredrik Randsborg

Fredrik specialises in tax law and M&A. Fredrik regularly assists companies in matters concerning tax planning, choice of corporate structure, and other transaction related matters, including corporate M&A processes. He also assists companies in matters of transfer pricing, including the preparation of intra-group agreements and transfer pricing documentation.
