Erik provides comprehensive advisory services to the fisheries and aquaculture industry along the entire coast. His expertise encompasses regulatory and strategic guidance, administrative law, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, contact with authorities, and decision-making support within these sectors.
He offers assistance in traditional fisheries and the development of new fisheries and is one of the foremost experts in the regulation of land-based, conventional, and offshore aquaculture. He has contributed to numerous projects involving development permits and other specialized permits in the aquaculture industry. Erik’s extensive experience spans all stages of the production chain, from broodstock and fry to grow-out facilities, slaughter, and sales agreements.
Since graduating from university, Erik has been deeply involved in the industry, closely following its evolution since 2009 in both administrative and legal capacities.
