Daniel Arvidsson assists global, European and Nordic PE firms, Norwegian and international companies, family offices and venture funds on all aspects of national and multinational M&A, joint ventures, auctions and leveraged buyouts, including public take-overs.
In addition, he has experience from working with financial services tax.
